SUMMARY
The maintenance engineer's work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. Maintenance engineers ensure that casino equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
COMPENSATION
$23.00-$24.00 PER HOUR

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Three years' minimum maintenance worker or equivalent experience required
- Must be familiar with all boom lifts/scissor lifts
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with tenants, employees, and vendors
- Available for emergency call-in, possible weekend and overnight shifts
- Ability to exercise good judgement
- Good customer service skills
- Team player attitude
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent
WORK ENVIRONMENT
(Moderately) loud, busy casino floor. 24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Performs general plumbing duties.
- Performs general refrigeration, heating, and AC maintenance.
- Complete knowledge of electrical lock-out procedures.
- Assists with painting, carpentry and remodeling of the entire Casino property.
- Assists, when needed, in moving of Casino game tables, chairs, office furniture and supplies as needed.
- Abides by and adheres to the Casino safety policy as well as the State Health Department regulations.
- Assists the Facilities Manager and Supervisors as needed with various tasks.
- Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Repairing equipment.
- Shift and 'on-call' work may be required.
- Other duties as assign.
