Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Part-Time Brand Ambassador to represent our insurance agency within the Norman, Oklahoma community. As a key member of our outreach team, youll be responsible for building relationships with local businesses, attending community events, developing partnerships, and managing our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally outgoing, enjoys meeting people, and wants to play a crucial part in growing our agency through genuine connections and online engagement.

Salary Range: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Attend local community events, fairs, and networking functions to promote our agency and gather leads.
- Business-to-Business Outreach: Visit a minimum of 4 local businesses daily, introduce our services, and build relationships that allow us to earn the right to provide quotes.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key Centers of Influence (COIs) such as realtors, mortgage brokers, and accountants to foster long-term partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Engage potential clients, generate leads, and report daily on your outreach efforts.
- Brand Representation: Clearly communicate our agencys services and values, ensuring potential clients understand the importance of our insurance products.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts that promote our services, community involvement, and successes. Monitor and engage with followers, responding to inquiries and comments promptly.
- Reporting & Follow-Up: Track and report your progress, including businesses visited, leads generated, and partnerships established. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and referrals.
- Content Creation: Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms that align with our agency's mission, values, and target audience.
Requirements
- Outgoing Personality: Must be comfortable engaging with new people daily and building lasting professional relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must be confident in presenting information and building rapport.
- Community-Minded: Passion for connecting with local businesses and making an impact in the Norman, Oklahoma community.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales, outreach, or community engagement experience is a plus but not required.
- Social Media Management: Prior experience with managing social media accounts and creating engaging content is preferred.
