Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:
- Help take enablement projects in People Insights, Strategy & AI from original concept through final implementation, including user guides for strategic programs and power user engagement.
- Help with overall communication and change management, including working with PISA and cross-functional partners, power users and stakeholders
- Create enablement leveraging various tools and platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Office and others
- Contribute to ideation of new ways of working and enabling GP teams to be more data driven
- Promote organizational understanding of and enablement for self-service model
To be successful in this role you have:
- 2+ years of hands-on HR project/program management and/or HR generalist experience at a tech company
- Experience using data and analytics in HR strategy and programs
- Experience creating enablement that incorporates customer feedback, working with cross-functional partners and business stakeholders
- Skillsets in slide and visual creation, change management and adaptability to new tools
