- Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve residents daily living and mobility skills.
- Monitor and document patient progress to ensure effective treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support progress.
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred but not required.
