Employee Services Manager (Droit Operating Company LLC, New York, NY): Manage the day-to-day HRIS maintenance, including alignment/integration with other talent systems (including performance management system, LMS, etc.); Optimize and future proof our HRIS and other systems to serve the Company as it grows; Track start dates and leave dates; work with our internal teams to coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes and checklists; Manage relocation as needed in hiring process ; Manage visa sponsorships as needed; Work closely with Finance team to manage payroll updates; Recommend and implement annual benefits road maps globally; Launch and manage the end-to-end benefits enrollment process; Serve as the internal point of contact for employee benefit questions/issues ; Manage employee equity program using Shareworks as part of total rewards package (including enrollment, setting up grants, approvals, and reporting, etc.); Serve as a key partner as employee policies and programs are developed, with key input on how to implement; Manage employee leave/PTO/Carryover program (JustWorks, PeopleLog) and aligned compliance; and Manage travel compliance for global business travel. Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: HR Systems Requirements: JustWorks and Peoplelog; International experience in HR operations; Understanding of international legal requirements for remote working and business travel, specifically in the EU and US; Experience conducting data analysis to prepare compensation and benefit surveys; Knowledge of and experience with managing employee immigration processes; Experience working in a fast-paced environment, effectively juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities and demands; and Experience working with a range of people across Leadership and functional areas including Product, Business Development, Technology, Human Resources. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field, and at least two (2) years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist or related occupation.
