Job Title: Front End Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters.
• Manage the front end of the store, ensuring efficient operations.
• Make recommendations to enhance Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving company deliverables.
• Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
