Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Professional (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Product Development Technician), you'll repair complex electronic and mechanical equipment, perform intermediate product development, communicate with customers, build complex fixtures, perform warranty analysis, and develop root cause solutions. You'll also process required service report paperwork and participate in our culture initiative, focusing on continuous improvement and customer focus.

- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and five to eight years related experience and/or training; or ten years equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively; calculate figures and amounts; apply concepts of basic algebra, physics and geometry; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Thorough understanding of electronics and/or mechanics and possess intermediate to complex troubleshooting skills as gained through repair experience.
- Team player, organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize, and good driving record.
