We are currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Permanent Electronic Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is a critical component of our operations, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our cutting-edge electronic products. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Electronic Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:
1. Operating and maintaining complex electronic manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
2. Performing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving equipment malfunctions.
3. Adhering to all safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
4. Collaborating with the engineering team to implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
5. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
6. Documenting and reporting on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and production issues.
7. Assisting in the training and development of junior operators, sharing expertise and knowledge to build a high-performing team.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an electronic manufacturing environment, with a focus on equipment operation and maintenance.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
3. Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
4. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and master new equipment and technologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
