Role
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician (also known as EMT, Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic), you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment. This includes control panels (PLCs), lift systems, conveyor shaft-motors, bearing replacements, and other moving mechanical parts. You will diagnose mechanical problems, work directly with production associates and management to resolve production issues, and ensure maximum production efficiencies.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment, including technical knowledge in DCS/PLC control systems & applications, and/or high-voltage equipment.
- Ability to work in a food processing environment, be flexible with working 2nd or 3rd shift hours, and work onsite in a manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment.
