Electro-Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Chippewa Falls, WI
Salary: $33.75-$35.75/hour (nights), based on skills and experience
Shift: 5pm to 5am
We are looking to add an Electro-Mechanical Technician to our new high-speed bottling line to carry out our company mission of maintaining an inclusive culture of trust, honesty, humility, integrity, and candor in our dealings with others, ourselves, and our communities.

Your part in our story:
The Shift Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for preventive maintenance and repair on equipment used in the production of bottled water packages on our high-speed line.
- Set up and operate blow molding machinery and ensure through constant observation and routine inspections that high-quality product is being produced.
- Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot machinery, including blow molding equipment, fillers, cappers, labelers, packers and palletizers.
- Detect jams or malfunctions and make adjustments as necessary.
- Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
- Install dies onto molding machines, according to work order specifications.
- Listen to machines during operation in order to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.
- Work a 2-2-3 shift schedule:
- Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

About you – preferred requirements for this role
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years previous experience, including welding, electrical trouble-shooting, and performing PM’s on equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills are required
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
- Knowledge of the blow/injection molding processes, procedures, and machinery preferred
- Computer experience is required.
- Forklift experience (certification required within 90 days of hire date)
