We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler / Service Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing electrical and mechanical components, parts, and systems to create high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Travel Requirement: This position requires travel to customer sites to perform installations, calibrations, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs on equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the assembly process.
- Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications, using hand tools and power tools as required.
- Assemble electrical components, control panels and machine wiring per electrical schematics, using hand tools and electrical meters.
- Check the accuracy of parts and components to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with the assembly process as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Mechanical assembly of machinery components and subassemblies.
- Utilize electrical and pneumatic schematics, prints, and work instructions.
- Perform installations and calibrations at customer sites when needed.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Complete set of hand tools, toolbox and digital multimeter.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic, technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools and digital multimeter.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Ability to travel for customer installations, calibrations and equipment repairs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required.
Pay: $20-40/hr depending on education, experience, and skills.
