**Salary: $100k - $185k**

United Trades of America is a top provider of skilled labor in the construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects.
**Responsibilities:**
- Create clear and concise work statements for field operations that align with project objectives.
- Oversee daily project administration, supervising staff and multiple Project Managers.
- Train and mentor Project Managers on company philosophy and operational systems.
- Negotiate and manage the preparation of change orders for projects.
- Maintain comprehensive logs to monitor project progress and performance.
- Train and supervise a Project Assistant in the use of project tracking tools.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth construction processes.
- Collaborate with onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Investigate and resolve serious issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and equipment rentals.
- Safeguard the company's interests while fostering strong client relationships.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
- 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
