Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of data center construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex electrical systems in the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on data centers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
This position requires experience with Data Centers.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and oversee project plans and schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Allocate resources effectively, ensuring all projects have the necessary resources to be completed successfully.
3. Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical systems in data center construction projects.
4. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
6. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
7. Ensure all project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
8. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
9. Implement and manage quality control processes, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
10. Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures as necessary.
11. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience managing electrical systems in data center construction projects.
4. Strong knowledge of project management principles, including resource allocation, change management, and quality control.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficient in project management software.
9. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
11. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
