Electrical Maintenance Technician - Flowly Solutions

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring an electrical maintenance technician for our production team.

For this role, you will be maintaining a production and packaging facility. This includes troubleshooting and repairing the facility as well as the production machinery. You must be familiar with both electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair. This position will require you to work with high voltages on a daily basis.

This is a Monday through Friday position, no weekend work will be required. However, you must remain available for overtime if it is required. This is a full time position and offers room to grow in the company.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the entire facility and all production machinery
• Performing PLC troubleshooting and editing to the programs in place
• Completing preventative maintenance and repairs to machinery and high powered engines
• Working with and ordering parts needed for repairs from our vendors
• Reading and comprehending schematics of machines to properly diagnose issues and initiate repairs
• Working directly with the maintenance manager to effectively complete projects
• Logging work into our computer systems and editing prior reports
• Setting up and installing new production machinery
• Constantly developing your knowledge about our specific machinery and systems

Qualifications:

• Strong electrical knowledge and the willingness to work with high voltages
• Maintenance experience in a production environment is preferred but it is not required
• Basic PLC knowledge and the ability to edit programs
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand the entire work day
• An understanding of DC power supply and motor controls
• The ability to effectively read schematic 
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
