Maintenance Technician Level II from Kane Partners LLC

Position Overview:
Join our 24/7 operation as a Maintenance Technician Level II, responsible for the safety, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of paper converting production machines. DAY SHIFT POSITION

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Knowledge in Basic Electricity, Electronics, Batteries, DC Circuits, Transformers, and AC Circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain equipment to manufacturer standards for quality and reliability.

2. Adhere to guidelines to keep manufacturer warranties effective.

3. Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed.

4. Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

5. Measure electrical parameters during troubleshooting.

6. Fabricate equipment as necessary.

7. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.

8. Use Electric Measuring Instruments effectively.

9. Understand Electrical Safety protocols and identify hazards.

10. Diagnose and repair single and three-phase motors.

11. Maintain plant support systems (heat, air, compressors).

12. Ensure cleanliness and organization in work areas.

13. Comply with OSHA and company safety regulations.

14. Maintain on-call availability as required.

15. Regular attendance is crucial.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
