- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control project risks throughout the execution phase.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct quality inspections and reviews to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Control costs and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as progress reports, change orders, and contracts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
