Job Description:
United Trades of America is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator for a client in Montgomery, AL. This position offers a competitive annual salary based on experience. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and documents to determine project scope.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information and clarify project requirements.
• Assess risks, timelines, and project challenges to ensure accurate bids.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and market pricing.
• Manage bid documentation and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Review and analyze historical data to improve future estimating accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and materials.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
