This role will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating advanced air purification systems, leveraging their expertise in electrical engineering and system-level problem-solving. Success in this role requires a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and effective communication skills to work across multiple disciplines and with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative indoor air quality products, contributing technical insights during design reviews and making informed engineering decisions grounded in best practices.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify improvements, optimize costs, and enhance product performance.
- Prototype new product ideas, perform feasibility assessments, and evaluate design alternatives using engineering software and rapid prototyping methods.
- Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including requirements, specifications, and design records.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Operate primarily on-site at the Danbury, Connecticut location, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specializing in systems engineering or related areas.
- Strong expertise in control systems, electrical power systems, and embedded system design.
- Skilled in circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in fluid dynamics and industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
- Proficient in CAD software, simulation tools, and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, both independently and within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to quickly learn new concepts and disciplines.
- Experience in HVAC and Industrial IoT is strongly preferred.
