The successful candidate will play a vital role in our operations, contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our electrical control systems. This role will leverage your expertise in Rockwell, Electrical Controls, Allen Bradley, Ladder Logic, and SCADA systems to improve our business processes and ensure the highest level of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
The Electrical Controls Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Designing, programming, simulating, and testing automated machinery and processes to complete precise tasks.
2. Developing and installing electrical control systems for machinery or other processes, including the use of Rockwell and Allen Bradley equipment.
3. Creating and updating technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installations and designs meet standards and requirements.
4. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment and systems.
5. Programming and configuring SCADA systems to monitor, manage, and control our industrial processes.
6. Working closely with other engineers, technicians, and management to ensure machinery and processes meet all regulations, laws, and standards.
7. Training staff to operate and maintain new control systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
8. Continually reviewing our existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on developing and maintaining electrical control systems.
3. Proficiency in Rockwell, Electrical Controls, Allen Bradley, Ladder Logic, and SCADA systems.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and processes to non-technical team members.
6. A strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to electrical controls.
7. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
