Ecommerce Merchandise and Marketing Coordinator at Custom Personalization Solutions

We are looking for detail-oriented individual to join our e-commerce team to help coordinate and deliver our products through our marketing and wholesale channels. The position allows you to become familiar with merchandising and marketing.

Essential Skills and Experience:

The Ecommerce merchandising/marketing coordinator will be responsible for helping to execute our merchandising and marketing goals while working with the Director of Marketing and merchandising/design teams.

• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• You must have extreme attention to detail, with a strong organizational mindset.
• You must be able to multi-task, work within deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You will be designing and updating product category catalogs and merchandising support documents.
• You will be providing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales data on our affiliate networks/channels and wholesale channels.
• This is a great position to learn a lot of different aspects of merchandising and wholesale.

Qualifications: 

• 0-3+ years of experience in the marketing/graphic design industry
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or commensurate experience.
• Excellent writing skills combined with dynamic verbal and presentation skills
• An accountable self-starter who is flexible, highly adaptable, and able to work at a fast pace.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required; must be able to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously without confusion
• Technically astute with attention to detail.
