Title of Position: Executive Chef

Job Description: The Executive Chef position involves maintaining the culinary excellence that guests expect by overseeing all culinary aspects of the business, including selecting, coaching, and developing a culinary team to deliver consistently excellent cuisine. The Executive Chef's focus is on ensuring all back-of-the-house administrative and financial duties are completed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and health. Developing the team to exceed expectations and abide by all safety and health standards is also a responsibility. Success in this role requires possessing excellent leadership and communication skills, with a deep understanding of culinary best practices and operational standards. The ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize competing demands is essential to success as an Executive Chef. Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards are critical to building and maintaining strong relationships with guests and team members. Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges are also necessary to succeed as an Executive Chef. Qualifications:

· A minimum of 5 years Executive Chef experience in a fast-paced environment is required

· The Executive Chef must be able to manage and motivate others while acting as a role model

· The Executive Chef must possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills

· The Executive Chef must have the ability to dissect exotic game and prepare the meat in an elegant manner

· The Executive Chef should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
