Early Childhood Teacher Assistant - Toras Chaim

Seeking a warm, flexible, team player who will serve as an assistant in our Early Childhood Center's baby room, along with providing as needed support in the 2-4 year old classroom groups.

The ideal candidate will bring positivity and love to our Early Childhood Center.

Key Job Responsibilities for an Assistant Teacher Include:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing activities and maintaining routines
• Ensure student and classroom safety at all times
• Provide one-on-one attention to children as needed
• Support transitions between activities and routines
• Observe and report any concerns about children’s development or behavior to the lead teacher
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
• Maintain positive relationships and communication with parents and staff

Shared Responsibilities:

• Diapering and feeding.
• Logging naps, feeding, and diaper changes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the daycare room.

Full Time and Part Time positions available.
