JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking an ERP Manager (D365 F&O / SCM) for a Direct-Hire opportunity that is located in Addison, TX 75001(4-5 days per week onsite). The ERP Manager (D365 F&O / SCM) is responsible for the D365 F&O Product and serves as a liaison between Technical and Business Teams by facilitating effective communication and determining the best software objectives that align with the business needs. Additionally, the ERP Manager (D365 F&O / SCM) will identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements. The
- Identify / Define / Document Business Processes / Software Requirements
- Prioritize / Manage Product Backlogs (Transparency / Visibility) – Incorporating Stakeholder Feedback to Guide Continuous Improvement
- Lead Functional Design / Implementation / Maintenance of D365 F&O Solutions
- Manage ERP Teams Directly / Oversee Solution Implementation and Governance
- Recommend / Build High-Quality Requirements – Understand Business / End-User Needs | Identify / Prioritize Features to be Delivered
- Influence / Shape Business Requirements – Make Recommendations / Alternatives to Proposed Solutions
- Translate Conceptual Requirements into Clear / Detailed Functional Requirements
- Work with Business / Technical Stakeholders to Develop / Document User Stories | Manage Requirements Scoping Throughout the Deliver Process
- Maximize Product Value by Assuming the Role of the Product Owner
- Define Product Goals / Overall Responsibility for the Product Backlog
- Prioritize / Maintain Product Backlog – Participate in Sprint Planning to Determine Objectives for Upcoming / Future-State Sprints
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies (Stand-Ups / Backlog Refinement / Team Retrospectives, etc.) – Ensure Teams Clear Understanding of Priorities / Next Steps
- Lead Sprint Review Meetings – Present Output from Sprints to Stakeholders
- Analyze Feedback from Sprint Reviews / Other Data (User Feedback / Operational Metrics) – Identify / Understand Product Needs, etc.
- Work with the Development Teams to Create Acceptance Criteria / Definitions of Failure, etc.
- Assist Teams on Development of Feature Tests / Test Cases / Regression Tests
- Set Expectations with Stakeholders for Delivery of New Features / Functionalities / Capabilities
- Work Closely with the PM to Establish / Improve Agile Best Practices – Identify Gaps / Guide Development Teams to Improve Team Agility
- Understand Complex Business Problems – Determine Explicit / Implicit Needs / Requirements of Stakeholders
- Quickly Learn Objectives / Structures / Operations / Policies of a New Business Area
- Strong Ability to Engage / Influence Developers / Business Partners to Achieve Target Outcomes
- Proven Ability to Influence Senior Leaders / Peers – Problem Resolution / Negotiation, etc.
- Advanced Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies / Azure DevOps (hands-on)
