Job Title: ERISA/Employee Benefits Partner Attorney

Location: Michigan or Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of employee benefits and executive compensation plans.
• Advise clients on ERISA compliance and regulatory issues.
• Draft and review plan documents, policies, and agreements.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ERISA and employee benefits law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record in client management and business development.
