Summary:
A Surgical Tech will provide assistance and support to surgeons by preparing and providing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures in the Operating Room. Surgical Techs work under the supervision of the surgeon. A Surgical Tech will facilitate a safe, effective and orderly operating room to maximize patient safety.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED + 2 or more years of on-the-job surgical tech experience in a hospital or outpatient operating room or Graduate of surgical technician certification program from an accredited school or training program
