• Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification and/or EMT certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology and emergency procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in dispatching services or related field
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and communication equipment
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
