Job DescriptionMcDonald’s is on an exciting journey to transform our enterprise data, analytics, and AI function and turn our data into a winning advantage for the system. We are seeking a McDonald’s Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI Transition Support to support the Transition Lead and overall transition of work.
Workforce Transition at McDonald’s involves planning and inspiring changes in employee roles to support a new organizational structure. This global effort, led by McDonald’s Culture and Organization Effectiveness team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), works with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to implement new working methods across teams.
The EDAA Transition support will involve collaborating with the EDAA Transition Lead to implement a seamless transition, encompassing change management, communications, talent process transition coordination, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and tracking project timelines, achievements, and deliverables.
- Account for interdependencies across the activation plan and the overall EDAA project plan
- Support the development and implementation of organizational change strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and resistance management tactics.
- Support the talent transition process, including workforce planning, talent assessment, and redeployment.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer activities, including creating knowledge repositories, conducting training sessions, and mentoring employees.
- Maintain strong relationships with key collaborators, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business leaders.
- Lead the collection and management of all data needed to implement the talent transition.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860 – $143,900 per year

- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, IT or related field;
- 3+ years of experience with organizational design, talent management and implementation of new organizational structures for a large-scale transformation
- Experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields.
- 2+ years in management role with demonstrated experience leading and implementing transformation initiatives across geographies, with the ability to drive and lead organizational change
- 2+ years influencing and leading in indirect, global matrix-based and virtual environments to build partnerships, drive alignment and make decisions
- Experience leading multi-functional projects that require accounting for the requirements of multiple partners
- Strong, professional interpersonal and communications skills, both
