Overview:
We are on the lookout for an adept Techno-Functional Business Analyst specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), to play a vital role in our client’s Accounting & Supply Chain modernization efforts. This pivotal position merges technical expertise with deep functional knowledge in accounting and supply chain management. If you have a keen understanding of financial principles, supply chain processes, and the technical prowess to align business requirements with D365 F&O functionalities, this role is for you. We value experience in Dynamics 365 F&O and the ability to navigate the intricate landscape of system implementation and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a critical liaison between accounting, supply chain units, and IT, translating intricate business requirements into technical specifications for D365 F&O and synchronizing efforts across all stakeholders.
- Immerse yourself in business processes to adeptly document and transform requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications, capitalizing on your expertise in D365 F&O’s capabilities.
- Lead sessions for requirement gathering, functional design workshops, and system testing, applying a sharp analytical approach to solve business challenges through technological solutions.
- Define and document system integration needs, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure D365 F&O integrates flawlessly with other enterprise systems.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business objectives and maintain technical integrity.
- Offer ongoing post-implementation support, pinpointing and executing system enhancements and troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by relevant hands-on experience.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst, with robust knowledge in the functional and technical aspects of financial accounting and supply chain management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, data migration, and customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience with integrating D365 F&O with other systems like CRM, ERP, or SCM tools.
- Relevant professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Agile methodologies, or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Knowledge of SQL for robust data analysis and reporting.
