We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Shift Leader at Dunkin'. The Shift Leader will play a key role in supervising and motivating the team, ensuring smooth operations during their shift, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

We start work early - no 9am-5pm shifts here at Dunkin':
Examples: 4am – 10am; 5am – 11am; 5am – 12pm; 5am – 1pm; 6am – 1pm;
12pm - 6pm; 1pm - 9pm; 2pm – 10pm
**Requirements:**
Must be at least 18 years old.
Prior experience in leadership or supervisory food service roles is a plus.
Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain order accuracy.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, as needed for stocking and cleaning tasks.
Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' and Company standards and procedures for food preparation, safety, and guest service.
ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for guests.
