Your New Role
As a Drain Technician, you’ll:
- Diagnose and resolve residential drain issues.
- Use tools like water jetters and cameras to identify and fix problems efficiently.
- Present technical solutions and pricing options to customers in a clear, professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including keeping your truck stocked and spotless.
- Work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, or wherever the job takes you.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a top-notch experience.
- Rotate on-call duties, including weekends, as needed.

- Eligible to obtain an apprentice plumber license.
- Reliable transportation and a good driving record.
- Ability to drive company work trucks.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and other challenging spaces.
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy tools or equipment.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Genuine, personable, and team-oriented.
