This role involves supporting Intapp applications (Time, Terms, IIS/Boomi) and Litera’s Foundation platform. This is a full-time, hybrid role (2 days in office) based in Boston, MA, Wahington, DC or New York, NY
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize cloud-based systems, including Intapp and Litera platforms.
- Monitor and manage data integrations, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
- Provide advanced user support, troubleshooting escalated issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement system updates and fixes.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and service enhancements.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Intapp systems (Time, IIS/Boomi); knowledge of Litera Foundation is a plus.
- Strong skills in database management, TSQL scripting, and enterprise application troubleshooting.
- Experience with workflows, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), and legal practice management systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical details to diverse audiences.
