ACTUAL TITLE: CMMS Assistant

Need candidates who can commit to at least 4 hours a day, ideally 5-6.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - FULL TIME OR PART TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED

Responsible for assisting CMMS Administration with handling of completed work order records.

Responsibilities:
" Retrieve Work records from inbox and filing cabinets
" Stack and Sort Records by Work Order Number
" Relocate Sorted work orders to holding locations and hallway filed records
Requires use of transfer cart and moving stacks of work order packets
" Use of hanging folders for grouping of work orders
" Create labels for folders using label maker

Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:
" High School Diploma or Equivalent
" Ability to work well independently " Ability to handle large volumes of paper records involving frequent task repetition
" Strong attention to detail
" Working knowledge in database management preferred
