Doctor's Technician - Stanton Optical

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Doctor's Technician to assist healthcare professionals in providing medical care to patients. The Doctor's Technician will perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and recording patient information.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or associate degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a medical setting as a medical assistant, nursing assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist healthcare providers during medical procedures
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies
- Update and maintain patient records in electronic health records system
- Provide basic patient education and instructions as directed by healthcare providers
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
