ACES is seeking a Tactical Communications Modernization Plan (TCMP) Manager to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE starting immediately onsite in theM ark Center, Alexandria, VA. Work involves managing the DoD CIO Command, Control, and Communication (C3) tactical communications database, primarily on SharePoint, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data from service systems to support modernization and annual capability planning. QUALIFICATIONS
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Education/Experience: Masters degree in field related to tasking and 10 years of relevant experience or bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 12 Years of Relevant experience
- Technical: Experience with DoD senior staffing and DoD Tactical Communications radios, terminals, SATCOM, and crypto required. Proficiency in using task management systems such as the DoD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) needed along with strong Microsoft 365 skills especially in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the use Office products to create clear, concise, and actionable documentation for project organization, execution, analysis, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the continued development and maintenance of the DoD C3 data repository comprised of multiple SharePoint lists related through Lookups.
- Provide knowledge and expertise needed to facilitate the DoD Tactical Communications Modernization Plan (TCMP), DoD C3 Modernization Plan (C3MS), and the DoD CIO Fulcrum Strategy.
- Assist with tracking and overseeing centralized DoD authoritative SharePoint-based TCMP Data Repository, dashboards and work with Service-level SMEs to maintain the accuracy of the data.
- Provide SME support to CIO participants in the Tactical Communications Senior Steering Group (SSG) and C3 Leadership Board.
- Support development and coordination of DoD CIO positions on technical and policy issues, helping to ensure interoperability of DoD Tactical Communications systems.
- Provide technical support and prepare roadmaps, policy, and standards to assist government in ensuring Tactical Communications interoperability among DoD and partner nations.
- Develop recommendations, reports, and briefing materials required to guide and inform DoD CIO C3 positions, activities, and decisions.
