Job Title: District Store Manager

Location: S Main St & Old Turnpike Rd Stores, Concord, NH (In Person)

Compensation: Depending on Experience

Bonus Program: Eligible for Store Manager Bonus Program

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
• Manage inventory and control expenses to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Store Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
