Title of Position: District Manager

Job Description: The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and overall performance of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring that each site meets company standards and operates efficiently. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and, when necessary, terminating personnel to maintain a high-performing team. The District Manager will monitor and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures while upholding health, safety, and security standards at all locations.

In addition, this role requires close collaboration with the Management Team to maintain fully staffed restaurants, develop team members for future growth opportunities, and ensure that all staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service. The District Manager will analyze financial reports, control costs, and develop strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and operational excellence. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance.

Strong leadership skills are essential for success, as the District Manager will be expected to inspire and guide teams to achieve goals. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also critical to effectively managing multiple locations, addressing challenges, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications:

·      The District Manager must have 6 years of multi-unit management experience in Quick Serve, Fast Casual, or Full Service is a must!

·      A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the District Manager.

·      A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the District Manager.

·      The District Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

·      The District Manager should always make themselves available to their restaurants
