Dispatcher at Beacon Hill

A reputable Heating and Cooling company on the city's east side is looking to add a new Dispatcher to its growing team! We are searching for somebody with experience in the HVAC industry who is motivated, personable, and results-driven. If you have experience working in the Heating and Cooling industry and are searching for your next opportunity, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Create and manage service dispatch tickets.
• Schedule pending jobs when parts arrive.
• Manage maintenance agreements, billing, and scheduling.
• Update customer records with new information, and maintain customer history and service files.
• Handle warranty parts returns and invoice logs.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls and surveys.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in the Heating and Cooling industry
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
