As a Dispatch Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients, first responders, and internal teams. What Success Looks Like:

• Utilize your 2+ years of dispatch experience to coordinate responses effectively.
• Deliver white-glove customer service to high-value and platinum-level clients.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external contacts.
• Leverage your experience communicating with first responders to ensure quick and accurate responses.
• Solve problems and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy under pressure.

What You’ll Need:

• A GED or Associate’s Degree.
• Proven experience in dispatch, customer service, and communication.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in a high-energy, dynamic setting.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
