Dishwasher - 2nd Shift - PrideStaff

PrideStaff is currently seeking Dishwashers for a local company in Asheville . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hard worker with a positive attitude! 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
• Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
• Remove trash and garbage
• Set up or break down dish washing area.
• Clean and roll/unroll mats.
• Sweep/mop floors.
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
• Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous related food and beverage experience preferred.  
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, guest service environment.
• Ability to prioritize and work under deadline.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8 hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.

Hours of Work:   2nd Shift - 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $17.00
