As a Dish Person at Perkins, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Rinsing and arranging soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware into washer trays.
• Loading trays into the dishwasher and removing clean items for stocking.
• Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and organized.
• Assisting with general cleaning tasks as needed.
