District Partners is currently working with one of the fastest growing RCM providers in the U.S. as they seek to add a Director of Sales to their team in an effort to further expand their market share. This position can be performed FULLY REMOTE, and previous experience selling in the RCM industry is required.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and proven experience in RCM solutions. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and performance metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with company goals
Client and Partner Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, market insights, and revenue projections to senior management.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the healthcare or RCM industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of RCM processes, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
