Quaint, 31 bed facility nestled in the heart of the back mountain just steps away from Harvey's Lake. Kadima at Lakeside and Kadima at Luzerne are looking for a Director of Rehabilitation (PT or OT) to provide therapeutic benefits to our residents. We would love to have you on our family-centered dynamic team. 

This position includes two facilities located in Dallas and Drums.
