Director of Rehabilitation PT/OT/SLP - Skilled Nursing Facility

Our St. Louis regional network of healthcare facilities is growing and we are seeking an experienced  Therapy Leader to function as a Director of Rehabilitation for a busy skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility  with a dedicated in-house therapy team.  The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist and at least one year of leadership in an in-patient rehabilitation setting.  We are looking for medical professionals who demonstrate:

• A passion for patient care
• Ability to function as a positive role model and build a strong team dynamic in therapy
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements for skilled nursing and long term care
• Ability to drive the best patient outcomes possible
• Program development and implementation 
• Excellent communication with Interdisciplinary Team
• The desire to build an amazing therapy program in your facility
