We are looking for someone who thrives on understanding our employees' experiences and can translate those assessments into effective business strategies. They will work with employees and leaders across our Enterprise Client Solutions division to drive, coach, and support engagement practices.
This role will report into our Culture division and partner directly with the Senior Vice President, ECS. It's a collaborative, creative position, where proactive, ongoing, and solutions-driven partnerships will be essential between our CHG People and Culture teams, including Employee Relations, Employee Experience, Corporate Communications, Learning and Development and other neighboring support teams.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Drive cultural impact and business success through relationships, talent management initiatives, and employee opportunities
- Develop and implement a strategic people and culture plan aligned with overall business strategy; balancing corporate cultural initiatives with ECS divisional cultural initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into P&C initiatives
- Ensure alignment with corporate processes and consistent pull through within your division, by integrating into the business to become familiar with essential divisional matters
- Create strategic plans that address both long and short term objectives
- Benchmark across CHG divisions and within our industry to identify appropriate and effective solutions for people and processes
- Influence change appropriately by inspiring trust in our people and cultural processes and decisions
- Review opportunities across the division. Identify real-world solutions and see project plans through execution
Talent Management Responsibilities
- Understand the complexities of our employee lifecycle and understand business necessities that influence the employee experience
- Analyze data and assess trends in order to address root cause of employee and business challenges
- Proactively manage future focus areas identified through partnering with other critical roles and teams
- Identify areas of risk and partner with ER to mitigate accordingly
- Cascade CHG initiatives, such as performance management processes and ensure accountability across leaders on goal setting, regular feedback, and performance coaching when necessary
- Facilitate talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning initiatives, with the support of corporate teams
- Design and implement training plans
Partnership Responsibilities
- Build relationships within and outside of ECS; network and share best practices
- Serve as an established and trusted People and Culture expert throughout the division and partner with Centers of Excellence
- Remain close to leaders in order to capture employee opportunities early; effectively drive and guide partnerships with leaders on managing plans, resolutions, and mediations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years prior experience with HRBP and/or People and Culture responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Preferred experience with account management, business development and/or staffing
- Strong understanding of employee relations, employee experience, and talent management practices
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
- Experience translating people and culture strategies into business goals
- Proven ability to build trusting and effective relationships with business leaders at all levels
- Experience with change management, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and organizational design
- Proven ability to pivot swiftly and demonstrate situational adaptability
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $114,300 -- $276,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
