Job Title: Director of Operations Lead a Dynamic, Mission-Driven Seafood Brand!

Our client, a Maine-inspired seafood shack known for its sustainable ingredients and delicious seafood rolls, is searching for a passionate, hands-on Director of Operations to oversee multiple locations across the United States.

What Youll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience managing 8+ business units
• Confidence in training, development, and on-the-job coaching
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for a hands-on role this isnt a desk job!
• Experience overseeing multi-unit managers, including General Managers and Area Managers

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• All New York City applicants must be vaccinated and provide proof of at least one dose.
