Title: Director of Operations
Location: East Hanover, NJ
Pay: $165k - $200k

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee direct line management and support activities, including manufacturing floor inspection, engineering, materials management, and safety/environmental engineering.
Prepare and manage annual budgets for all departments, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Supervise Manufacturing Managers across Molding, Stamping, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Customer Service/Planning.
Create and execute manufacturing plans based on sales forecasts and shop orders to deliver defect-free, on-time products.
Maintain optimal material and parts inventories to meet production schedules while minimizing costs.
Partner with tooling/engineering teams to resolve product quality and manufacturing issues, identifying cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred, but not required.
Eight (8) + years of precision manufacturing experience (molding, stamping, etc.).
Ten (10) years in a management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in computerized manufacturing systems.
