We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as the Director of Nursing at Aurora on France Transitional Care Unit in Edina, MN. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $108K to $130K, based on experience, along with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality and compliance of nursing care

Develop and enhance health care programs

Lead nursing department operations

Oversee hiring and training

Support relationships between nursing and medical staff

Qualifications:

Current MN RN licensure and CPR certification

1-3 years of Transitional Care experience

Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to patient-centered care

Preferred qualifications include a BSN and supervisory experience.
