Job Details
Director, Pediatric CVICU:
- Leading Children's Hospital actively searching for a Director of Nursing, Pediatric CVICU to lead a dynamic team!
- Demonstrated ability to lead a fast-paced unit
- Proven experience improving and enhancing quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with state & federal regulatory boards, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, promoting a strong culture amongst the team
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive leadership/management (Prefer Nurse Manager level or equivalent)
- Candidates must have Pediatric ICU / Pediatric CVICU experience
- BSN Required
- Master's or enrolled in Master's program preferred
- ACLS, BLS, PALS Certified
- Active TX RN License
