Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Nursing for their Home Health location in the Walnut Creek, CA area. Medicare Home Health experience as an RN is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

Director of Nursing Job Requirements 

• Medicare Home Health supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Staff development skills. 

Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities 

• Manage clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. 
• Train and mentor nurses.
