Director of Nursing (DON) Position Overview:

As our DON, you’ll steer the nursing ship, manage our awesome staff, and keep us all in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Director of Nursing (DON) Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our nursing team.
• Develop and implement policies.
• Ensure we meet all regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Address and resolve any nursing-related issues.
• Create a positive and supportive work environment.

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

• RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience as a Director of Nursing (DON).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
